Comments/Concerns/Complaints

The DSS Academy (DSSA) wants its students to be successful and enjoy their learning experiences. While attending any DSSA course, students are encouraged to share comments, concerns, complaints or grievances directly with the course instructor(s). Should the concern involve the instructor(s), students are advised to contact the Instructional Delivery Branch Chief (410-865-3194).

Student comments, concerns and complaints may also be sent to DSS.Academy@dss.mil.
